Everything Out of Your Head

It's all here. Nothing forgotten. You don't have to hold any of it in your brain anymore. Just pick one thing when you're ready.

🚨
CRITICAL — Renew nursing licence by March 31st. This is non-negotiable. Do it before the psychiatrist appointment that morning if you can. Don't let this slip.
💊
Med transition this week: 30mg Duloxetine + 5mg Escitalopram (Cipralex). Withdrawals are real and expected. Be gentle with yourself — this is a hard week physically on top of everything else.

Drive Davis to/from school and golf
daily
Make dinner

Grocery shopping

About Amanda's friend. Grief doesn't have a task list. You're carrying this too — supporting Amanda through it, processing your own feelings about it. That's invisible labor and it's real. Give yourself credit for just being present through this.

About the withdrawal symptoms. Cross-tapering meds is physically hard. If today is a low-output day, that's not laziness — it's your body adjusting to a chemical change. The bar for "enough" is lower this week, and that's okay.
